Michelle is a Principle Instructional Design and eLearning Development Consultant with over 15 years’ experience in the Learning and Development field. Her experience has focused on creating effective eLearning solutions for companies representing a variety of industries. Michelle offers a solid track-record of working with remote teams, and having the demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Michelle has extensive experience with a variety of eLearning tools and technologies including Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, audio and video editing via Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and a number of learning management systems.

Michelle offers a firm foundation in ADDIE and SAM instructional design methodologies and has a Masters of Education Degree (Adult and Distance Learning) and an MBA (Marketing).


Sales training curriculum redesign: Revised outdated and redundant courses to enhance Independent Business Owner’s sales and compliance training. This engagement involved reviewing each course, identifying learning objectives, documenting course content, and redesigning the courses to be delivered in interactive videos using a story-based theme
ensuring a cohesive curriculum.

Designed, developed, and trained virtual, classroom-based, and blended learning courses. Provided instructional design, development and training of MS Office 365/2013, customer service fundamentals, CSR software, business processes and customer service skills courses.

Created instructional documentation, resource guides and scripts for website revision and release of proprietary iPhone app. Provided documentation for customer facing iPhone app using instructional design and technical writing skills to design documentation including  writing
instructional scripts and iPhone app video tutorials.

Established Training Department to train Americans with disabilities to work as home-based virtual contact center agents. Oversaw all eLearning development and created internal training infrastructure including the selection, purchase and implementation of Moodle LMS and Adobe Connect 8 hosted training software to provide blended learning.
